It was a frustrating day today. Nothing went right. After a span of several years I was trying to cast gradient polyacrylamide gels. Things started leaking - from least expected places and then I took care of it, the gel would not polymerise. Somedays can be really @#$%^& up. Hope things will get better tomorrow.
